Kamerburo acts as a mediator for two types of letters:
- Accommodation offered by housing corporations (Woonpunt, Servatius and Maasvallei)
- Accommodation offered by private landlords
There are various ways of qualifying for such accommodation.
This will be explained in detail on the next pages. Clicking Find will produce a list of rooms offered by housing corporations for which you may apply.

On top of these rooms you can find the private sector in Maastricht and villages nearby Maastricht
There you can choose the city in which you would like to live.
Then you get all the rooms which are available in the private sector.
With the “FIND+” function you can insert your own wishes according to the rooms, in order to get a smaller amount of rooms on your screen which fit to your preferences.
Nearly all accommodation is suitable for one person only.
Chances of finding suitable accommodation for two persons through Kamerburo are very slight.
In addition, looking for accommodation is a strictly personal matter;
in the private sector, owners or other inhabitants want to decide for themselves to whom the accommodation will be rent;
in the case of accommodation offered by a housing corporation,
registration with Kamerburo is non-transferable.
